What happens after you choose a plan

Request receivedYour selected plan and listings are attached to a customer request. We confirm checkout or payment before production begins.

Production queuedOnce payment is confirmed, the approved export is sent to the tour-generation workflow and the account status changes to In production.

Review and approveYou receive a review link before the final video is published or distributed.

Download appears in AccountWhen the video is ready, Account shows the download button beside the completed tour and its shareable link.

Every important action gets a clear follow-up.
Signup and checkout requests can send a confirmation through Resend. Marketing opt-outs receive a preference confirmation. Data-removal requests receive a human-review acknowledgement. The email service should never decide payment or deletion by itself—the account API remains the source of truth.
